Michael told listeners the blunder was even worse than the infamous sandwich saga which saw him and Martha have a major falling out in Florence.

The couple got into a fight when Martha went to the bathroom while they were queuing at a sandwich shop, and Michael simply ordered a sandwich for himself.

He told his podcast co-host Josh Moss that Martha was furious with him when she returned and realized she had to wait in line again.
