Live Nation Entertainment: John Mulaney Announces More Dates for 2022 ‘From Scratch’ Tour

General ticket sales begin Friday, April 8 at 10 a.m. local time on Ticketmaster.com

Today, award-winning comedian and writer John Mulaney announced several additional shows at its John Mulaney: From Scratch tour including stops in Springfield, IL, Toledo, OH, Fort Wayne, IN, Davenport, IA, Peoria, IL, Dayton, OH, and East Lansing, Michigan. Produced by Live Nation, the tour kicked off March 11 at Mohegan Sun Arena in Wilkes-Barre and made stops across North America, including Los Angeles, New York and Chicago. These latest additions are due to overwhelming fan demand.

About John Mulaney

John Mulaney is a two-time Emmy and WGA award-winning writer, actor and comedian.

In 2018, he toured the United States with the sold-out Kid Gorgeous Tour, which was later released as a Netflix stand-up special and won the Emmy for Outstanding Writing in a Variety Special; In 2015, he released The Comeback Kid, also a Netflix Original, which The AV Club called “the finest hour of his career”; In 2012, his Comedy Central New In Town special had Entertainment Weekly’s Ken Tucker hailing him as “one of the finest comedians alive”. From March 2022, he will be on tour with his new hour John Mulaney: From Scratch.

Cementing himself as a fan favorite, John Mulaney was guest-hosted on Saturday Night Live five times. He started writing for SNL in 2008 and created such memorable characters as “Stefon” with Bill Hader and appeared as a “Weekend Update” correspondent. He wrote for Documentary Now! and Netflix’s Big Mouth, on which he voices the character of Andrew. John will star in the new reboot of Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers on Disney Plus this spring opposite Andy Samberg.

He also starred on Broadway in the smash hit written and performed alongside Nick Kroll in Oh, Hello On Broadway. The duo have since released a Netflix special of the same name, as well as Oh, Hello: The P’dcast, based on their characters Gil Faizon and George St. Geegland.

In December 2019, the critically acclaimed, Emmy-nominated musical variety special John Mulaney & The Sack Lunch Bunch debuted on Netflix. It was recently announced that the festivities will continue with a pair of holiday-themed Sack Lunch Bunch specials at Comedy Central in the near future.
