Heathrow Airport: Cheap Flights to Portugal and Lisbon


On Monday, October 4, travel restrictions changed, meaning booking that summer vacation you missed just got a little easier.

If you still have a few vacation days to take, a two-week break in Lisbon, Portugal now offers affordable flights from Heathrow Airport.

And flying to the Portuguese capital won’t cost a dime either.

Not to mention the food – Lisbon is known for its bacalhau (salted and dried cod) and you can find variations almost anywhere.

Travel time to Lisbon is approximately two and a half hours from Heathrow Airport.

Before departing you will need to complete your passenger tracking form and have a negative PCR test, however, no quarantine is required upon arrival in Portugal.

What are the cheapest flights to Lisbon?

According to the Skyscanner travel site, you can book a direct round-trip flight to Lisbon on November 1 for £ 24.

However, you will need to be prepared for some trips as the two-hour, 45-minute one-way flight departs from London Stansted with Ryanair, with the return flight with Wizz returning to Luton Airport.

The cheapest offer on that date costs £ 24 while the faster route will cost you £ 75.

If you want to take off and return to Heathrow, the price jumps up considerably to £ 73.
